• Pocket PC 2002 or higher operating system (WCE ARM)
• Microsoft ActiveSync 3.7 or higher
• 195KB free space on device
• 312 MHZ processor (recommended)
• USB (cradle) connection to host computer (for configuration)
• USB (cradle) or wireless network connection (normal operation)

Below are the steps to install the Pocket PC application to the pocket device.

1. Install and run Desktop Rover on your host computer.
2. Make sure the Pocket PC is connected to the host computer.  The connection icon must be in the system tray of the pocket device (see screen shot below).
3. Click Install from the Pocket PC sub-menu of the Desktop Rover tray icon menu on the host computer (see screen shot below).
4. Follow prompts/instructions given by the installer.
5. Click yes on the message box asking if you want to add the Pocket PC to your desktop group.  Drag the rectangle representing the Pocket PC to the location next to the host computer that best represents the actual locations on your desk.
6. Within a few seconds of completing these steps, you should be able to move your mouse over to the Pocket PC.
7. Depending on the relative locations of the devices, you may want to enable the "Transition screens only where edges touch" item in the Settings dialog.
